Terms and Conditions 9koi — Complete Platform Usage Guide

SECTION 01

Membership Eligibility

9koi Platform is for adult users aged 18 years and above only. By registering an account on 9koi, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age stated above and are legally eligible to participate in online entertainment activities.

• Registration and use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• 9koi reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• If a user is proven to be underage, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance returned to the rightful owner.
• Individuals listed on the gambling exclusion registry of any relevant regulatory body are not permitted to use this platform.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the 9koi platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.

SECTION 02

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 9koi platform at any one time. Attempting to create or operate multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these terms.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. False information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• The full name, phone number, and bank details registered on your account must be your own — accounts registered under another person's name are not permitted.
• 9koi reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed specified limits.
• Documents that may be required for KYC include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official identification documents.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or closure at 9koi's discretion.

SECTION 03

Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

9koi supports multiple Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, TNG eWallet, and USDT. All deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for standard payment methods.
• No processing fees are charged on deposits made via supported payment methods.
• Deposits that fail to process within 30 minutes must be reported to the support team with proof of transaction.
• 9koi is not liable for delays caused by third parties or network issues beyond our control.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts.
• All withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name only.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is within 3 to 15 minutes upon approval.
• Your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding certain limits may require KYC verification before processing.
• 9koi reserves the right to hold withdrawals for compliance review if unusual activity is detected on the account in question.

SECTION 04

Bonus & Promotion Policy

9koi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions stated in the respective bonus terms.

• The wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page before you claim it.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 9koi reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through methods deemed to be abusing the promotion system.
• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is a violation of our terms.

• 9koi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 05

Prohibited Player Conduct

9koi maintains a fair and enjoyable environment for all members. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Payment Fraud: Using unauthorized payment methods, stolen credit cards, or fraudulent financial details to make deposits.
• Money Laundering: Using the 9koi platform as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Bug Exploitation: Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means are void.
• Game Manipulation: Using automation software, bots, or any unfair method to manipulate game outcomes.
• Table Coordination: Colluding with other players at the same table to manipulate game outcomes for mutual gain.
• Support Abuse: Filing false complaints or claims with the support team to obtain undeserved compensation.

SECTION 06

Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. 9koi will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong and unique password for your 9koi account — at least 8 characters containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your account security settings for effective additional protection.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact the 9koi support team immediately.
• 9koi is not liable for any losses resulting from account access granted by the account owner to another party.

SECTION 07

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the 9koi platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and all other elements — is the exclusive property of 9koi or our respective licensing providers.

• No part of this platform may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from 9koi.
• The name and logo "9koi" are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property law.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

SECTION 08

Liability Limits

9koi operates as an online entertainment platform. To the extent permitted by law, 9koi's liability is limited as follows:

• 9koi is not liable for any financial losses arising from wagering or gaming activities conducted on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, global internet outages, or third-party actions, do not bind 9koi to liability.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, 9koi reserves the right to correct the error regardless of whether the funds have already been withdrawn.
• Participation in games and betting is at your own risk. 9koi provides no guarantee of wins for any game.

SECTION 09

Account Termination & Suspension

9koi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that these terms and conditions have been violated.

• If your account is suspended for investigation, the 9koi compliance team will contact you within 3 business days for further clarification.
• Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time through 9koi's support channels.
• Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned after the standard compliance review is completed, within a reasonable timeframe.
• For accounts closed due to a terms violation, balances may be withheld depending on the nature of the violation and the outcome of the investigation.

SECTION 10

Terms Amendment & Notice

9koi reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

• For major amendments that significantly affect user rights, notice will be provided via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Continued use of the 9koi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with any amendment to the terms, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
